FAQ

What qualifications do the leaders on Redef camp have to hold?

All of our leaders are adults who are involved in their local church and have been carefully considered for their leadership role. All of our leaders hold a current Working with Children check, and agree to adhere to our code of conduct, which can be found on this website.

Do I have to be a Christian to come on camp?

Not at all. Redef Camp seeks to help you explore who Jesus is and what he has done for you. We want to help you learn more about how knowing God should affect your life. Learning more about God is something that you will always benefit from, whether you are a grizzled, seasoned Christian, or you are new to everything. We would absolutely love to see people from all stages of their faith journey on camp!

What does a typical day on camp involve?

Days on camp are full, and varied. Over the course of camp you will eat lots of good food, hear from our speakers, participate in small groups of your peers, do devotions, play games, go on walks, and so much more. Camp can be quite energy draining so make sure you get plenty of sleep before, during, and after camp!

Where is camp being held this year?

Redef Camp 2024 will probably be held at the beautiful Dzintari Campsite, located in Yankalilla. This will be confirmed closer to the camp. Transport will be provided in the form of two big buses, or you can provide your own transport! The central bus will leave from Trinity Church Adelaide, and the southern bus will leave from Edwardstown Baptist Church.

What sort of songs will we be singing on camp?

Here is our Spotify playlist from Redef Camp 2023. It has all the songs we sung on camp.
